Heard both the sides finally. At their request, the matter is being disposed of finally at the stage of admission. 2.

The petitioner is the revisional petitioner before the Sub Divisional Officer in a revision under Section 23(2) of the Mamlatdar' s Courts Act, 1906, aggrieved by the judgment and order passed by the Tahsildar in a proceeding under Section 5(2) of that Act. His request to stay execution and operation of the judgment and the order of Tahsildar has been rejected by the order under challenge.

It transpires during the course of argument that the learned Sub Divisional Officer has now listed the revision for final hearing on 23.11.2021. Considering the nature of the dispute, it would be apposite to direct the learned Sub Divisional Officer to decide the revision finally on the 1/2

947.wp.9625.21.odt given date or in any event within a period of two weeks from today and till then the parties can be directed to maintain status quo as is obtaining today at the site.
