The issue raised by the Petitioner is that the final award be corrected by the High Court on the basis of the measurement report submitted by the Deputy Superintendent of Land Records.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner would approach Respondent No.4 with a request to make necessary corrections in the light of the re-measurement carried out and grant adequate compensation to the Petitioner, expeditiously. He prays for the disposal of this Petition.

In view of the above statement, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Respondent No.4 shall be co-operative to the Petitioner and shall refrain from indulging any undue delay in redressing the grievance of the Petitioner.
