2] Learned A.P.P. for the respondents - State, on instructions, submits that the then Civil Surgeon, Beed, on whose complaint, the impugned orders are passed, is now transferred to Mumbai.

3] As the circumstances, those were prevailing at the time of passing of the impugned orders, now

Instead, present respondent no.2 is directed to decide the issue of renewal of the revolver license of the present petitioner afresh and preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the date of this order.

4] Present Criminal Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
