The learned counsel submits that, the Grampanchayat has passed resolution for extension of village limit / extension of gavthan. The same was given to the Divisional Commissioner. The Divisional Commissioner has directed the Collector, Sub Divisional Officer to do the needful.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 5.

In case, the proposal is filed by the Grampanchayat in proper manner and if the same is pending with the Authorities, the Authorities may process the same and take decision as may be
