The present application is filed seeking condonation of delay, which has occasioned in filing the present appeal by the original respondent nos.1 to 3. Delay of 848 days has occurred in filing the present appeal. The reasons for occurrence of the delay are explained in para no. 2 of the application. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent i.e original claimant has not seriously disputed for condoning the delay. The learned Counsel submitted that the only anxiety of the respondent is that the appeal shall be expeditiously heard. In view of the submission so made, the application is allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil application stands disposed of. 2.

Appeal be registered in accordance with law. Issue notice to the respondents returnable after Four Weeks. Learned Counsel Shri. Chaudhari waives respondent no. 1.
