ORDER:- 1.

Heard. By this application, the applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation which has been deposited by respondent No.1 Acquiring Body. Learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body strongly opposed the application. However, the record shows that the amount of compensation is only of Rs. 89,028/-. Under such circumstances, the applicants are allowed to withdraw the aforesaid amount of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon till date, on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
