Heard Learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGP. 2.

Vide order dated 8th January, 2015 in the petition, this Court had directed the applicant to deposit Rs.25,000/- within a period of three weeks from the date of order. Present application is filed seeking extension of time to deposit the said amount as directed by this Court.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, we permit the applicant to deposit Rs.25,000/- within two weeks from today. However, the applicant shall also deposit additional Rs.5,000/-, i.e. the applicant shall deposit Rs.30,000/- within two weeks. If the said amount is deposited, the same shall stand compliance of the order dated 08.01.2015 in writ petition No.5894 of 2014. In case the said amount is deposited, the committee shall decide the validation proceedings within six months from today.

Civil application disposed of. No costs.
