CORAM : SANJAY A. DESHMUKH, J.

DATED : 6th NOVEMBER 2025 PER COURT :- 1.

These are the applications for condonation of delay of 1478 days caused in filing the first appeals.

2.

Perused the applications and heard learned advocates for the respective parties. Learned advocate for the respondents-

ca11182.14- -2claimants strongly objected the applications. Considering the reasons stated in the applications, it appears that the delay is not deliberate. It also appears that the delay is caused due to the administrative difficulties, as it took some time to get sanction for filing of the appeals. In such circumstances, the applications are allowed. The delay is condoned in the interest of justice. 3.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.12.2025. Mr. Ingle , learned advocate, waives notice for the respondents-claimants in respective appeals.
