s proposal awaiting validation of her tribe claim is pending adjudication with the respondent no.2/Committee. 2.

The learned Advocate for the petitioner on instructions submits that the proposal of petitioner's father is being considered by the

s father has also filed reply to that report and the matter is closed for passing order on 12.07.2023. He submits that the petitioner being the daughter is adopting the say filed by the father. 3.

In view of such statement, the learned AGP on instructions submits that the Committee would decide the petitioner and his father's proposal within two weeks.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent no.2/Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal within two weeks from today.
