Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the complainant.

They have made a statement that the parties have settled the dispute amicably. The complainant is satisfied with settlement and he has no objection for granting anticipatory bail. 3.

Perused the papers. It appears that the complainant had trading with the applicants. The part payment was not made by the applicants; therefore, the report was lodged. Now, the dispute about money due has been settled between the complainant and the applicants out of Court. Besides this, there were no allegations of causing any injury or loss to the complainant. In view of the facts of the case, the following order is passed :- i) The application is allowed.

ii) The order dated 11.08.2022 granting interim protection to the applicants, is confirmed on the same terms and conditions. iii) Criminal Application No. 2800 of 2022 is disposed of. ( S. G. MEHARE ) JUDGE rrd
