Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the claim has been decided and the same is negatived. There is delay caused in deciding the same. The deponent has tendered unconditional apology. It is submitted that the subordinates of the deponent did not place the files by putting proper noting. 3.

As the order is complied with though belatedly, the contempt stands purged.

The contempt petitions are disposed of. The petitioners may take steps as against the orders passed by the respondents negativing the claim of the petitioners as may be permissible under law.
