The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the caste certificate of the petitioner is cancelled by the committee on the ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. After the order is passed by the committee the petitioner has applied to the Sub Divisional Officer, Hingoli but the tribe certificate is not yet issued.

The petitioner shall produce the copy of the order passed by the committee before the Sub Divisional Officer, Hingoli. The Sub Divisional Officer, Hingoli shall issue caste certificate to the petitioner of Koli Mahadev (S.T.) within a period of four weeks. On receipt of the tribe certificate from Sub Divisional Officer, Hingoli, the petitioner shall submit the proposal along with the fresh tribe certificate within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the tribe certificate from Sub Divisional Officer, Hingoli. The committee thereafter shall decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of six month from the date of receipt of the proposal. 3.

With the aforesaid directions writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
