DATE : AUGUST 18, 2022 ORDER :- This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The applicants have been arrested in connection with Crime No.155 of 2022 registered with Jafrabad Police Station, Dist.Jalna.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

The FIR has been lodged by the victim on 16.6.2022, alleging the applicants to have attempted to commit his murder. 4.

The incident is dated 16.06.2022. The applicants have been behind the bars for little over one and half months. The injury

14-BA.1236.22 certificate indicates the victim to have suffered simple injuries in the nature of swelling and contusion. Applicant no.1 is a women, while applicant no.2 is 65 years of age. Considering their age and the injury certificate of the victim, this Court finds further detention of the applicant unwarranted.

In view of the above, the Court is inclined to grant the applicant bail. Hence, the following order:- (i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants be released in connection with Crime No.155 of 2022 registered with Jafrabad Police Station, Dist.Jalna, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount. (iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
