We have heard Mr. Deshmukh, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mrs. Thorat, the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner has remedy of appeal under Rule 13 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads (Discipline and Appeal) Rules.

In the light of that, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on merits. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy of appeal. In that event all contentions are kept open. No costs.
