By this application, the applicants seek permission to bring on record the legal heirs of petitioner-Shaikh Satar S/o. Shaikh Niyamtmiyan. It appears that, the petitioner expired on 17.05.2024. The death certificate is also placed on record. The civil application is promptly filed. Hence, there is no impediment in allowing the application.
