Heard. The application is for bringing Legal Representatives of deceased Dnyandeo Dhondiram Zanje as mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application by condoning of 1527 days. Admittedly from the Heirship Certificate issued by 4th Joint Civil Judge (Junior Division), Osmanabad, it appears that Dnyandeo Zanje died on 01.03.2018 and applicant Nos. 2(1) to 2(3) are his legal heirs. 2.

In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B'. 3.

The original appellants to carry out the amendment within the stipulated period.
