The affidavit in reply is filed on behalf of respondent No.3 through S.K. Rawat, Assistant Wireless Advisor to the Government of India, Ministry of Communications and IT Department of Telecommunications, New Delhi. It is stated in the affidavit in reply that licences were issued to M/s.Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation. The copies of the documents are placed on record at annexure R-1 to R-4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners admit that the grievance of the petitioners is redressed in view of grant of licence and nothing survives more in the contempt petition.

Accordingly, contempt petition is disposed of.
