This is an application seeking quashment of Crime No. 181, registered with Shrigonda police station, Shrigonda, District Ahmednagar, for the offence punishable under Section 447 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After hearing both the sides it transpires from the copy of the chargesheet placed on record that the applicant no. 2 Ambadas Bansi Auti though was named in the F.I.R. has subsequently been exonerated and the chargesheet does not include his name as an accused. 3.

To the extent of applicant no. 1, already his name was deleted with the leave of the Court. Nothing survives.

The Application is disposed of.
