By the present petition, the petitioners prayed for quashment of criminal proceeding bearing RCC No. 563 of 2019 pending on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Court No.21, Aurangabad for the offences punishable under sections 354, 323, 452, 504, 506 read with Section

(( 2 )) 20WP1008-23 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned APP seeks time to take instructions about the status of the trial.

Stand over to 03.02.2025 with clear understanding that if the Petitioners fail to work out the matter on the next date, in that event, appropriate order would be passed."

In spite of this fact, none present on behalf of the Petitioners which shows that the Petitioners have no interest to prosecute the matter. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
