We have heard Mr. Kedar, learned counsel for the petitioner. The Learned AGP appears for respondent Nos.1, 2, 3 and 5.

It is admitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the property in question is a Waqf property. He is seeking removal of encroachment on the said property.

In that event Waqf Act, 1995 provides for the remedy. The petitioner may approach the authorities as contemplated under the Waqf Act, 1995. The authorities under the Waqf Act would
