The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present petition is restricted to the extent of petitioner Nos. 1 to 5. The petitioner Nos. 6 to 11 be permitted to file separate petition. Leave granted to delete petitioner Nos. 6 to 11 and file separate petitions. 2.

At the request of learned counsel for the petitioners leave to delete respondent Nos. 3, 4, 6 and 7.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5. 4.

It is submitted that the application is filed by petitioners for issuance of tribe certificate long back. The same is not decided.

In case, the application filed by the petitioners is pending with Sub Divisional Officer, Umari, then Sub Divisional Officer, Umari shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) weeks from today.
