The Applicant submits that he has preferred a Writ Petition before this Court on 03.02.2016. The same has been refused registration by order dated 27.06.2016 since the office objections have not been removed. He submits that the office objections would be removed within one week from today.

Since the registration has been refused to the Writ Petition, this Civil Application is allowed. The delay of 17 days is condoned. The Applicant shall remove all office objections on or before 24.08.2016. If this order is complied with, the Writ Petition shall be
