The applicant is seeking bail as there was no likelihood of concluding the trial by the end of August, 2023 as per the order of this Court. He would submit that till today, 15 witnesses have been examined and few witnesses are remained.

Considering the material progress in the trial, it cannot be anticipated only on the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the trial may not conclude within the given time by this Court. There is no ground to grant the bail. Hence, the application stands dismissed.
