We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. accepts notice for respondent No. 1. Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Mr. Suryawanshi, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that the respondent No. 3 would conduct hearing with regard to the grievance of the petitioner and for that purpose would also issue notice to respondent Nos. 5 to 8. After hearing the petitioner and respondent Nos. 5 to 8, the decision would be taken by the respondent

In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3, no further orders are necessary. The parties may agitate their grievance before the authority. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
