The original petitioner has moved this application seeking restoration of the writ petition dismissed for non removal of the office objections, pursuant to an order passed by the Registrar (Judicial). 5.

The learned A.G.P. waives service for respondent nos. 1 & 2. 7.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. The writ petition is restored subject to the condition that the petitioner deposits costs of Rs. 5000/- (Rs. Five Thousand only) within two weeks and remove the office objections as well within that time.
