ORDER :

Delay of around 883 days is caused in all three matters. Both the sides are heard. In view of the contentions made in the application and submissions made that some time was required for getting certified copy of judgment and award, some time was requiring for processing the matter and some time was required for getting sanction at various level, this Court holds that sufficient cause is shown. In the result, delay condonation applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. 2.

Notice in appeals. The learned counsel Shri. Gastagar waives notice for original claimants.

In stay applications, heard the learned AGP for State. This Court holds that stay can be granted subject to deposit of entire amount of compensation within twelve weeks from today. So the stay applications are allowed in those terms. If the amount is not deposited within this period, it is to be presumed that there is no stay to the execution of judgments and awards. 4.
