The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants were already taken on record in the Civil Suit pending before the trial court. The learned counsel for the respondent/writ petitioner submits that the petitioner has challenged the said order before this Court by filing Writ Petition No. 16 of 2014 and the said Writ Petition came to be disposed of by this Court with liberty to the respondent/original writ

In view of the above submissions, by granting the same liberty to the respondent herein, the Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
