Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The affidavit is filed by the District Collector, Aurangabad to the effect that the concerned Taluka is implementing Shravanbal Seva Rajya Nivrutti Vetan Yojna. The financial assistance is payable to

2 CP 501/2016 the petitioner for the month of June, 2015 to November, 2015 calculated at Rs.3,600/- and same has been deposited in the Bank account of the petitioner on 29.08.2016. The affidavit further states that the financial assistance has been given to the petitioner upto August, 2016 and will be paid in future. The affidavit is filed on 07.09.2016.

In view of above, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
