This application is for bringing LR's of deceased-original petitioner no.1 on record with condonation of delay. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that notices were not issued to the respondents and as such no prejudice will cause to the respondents, if the application is allowed.

Perusal of the application does not show that the delay is deliberate. In the interest of justice, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses 'A' and 'B'. Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.

Writ Petition be placed for admission if the amendment is carried out.
