The tribe certificate is cancelled only on the ground that the tribe name is wrongly written in the certificate.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all the respondents.

Considering the above we pass the following order. 4.

The petitioner shall submit the attested copy of the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling of the tribe to the Sub Divisional Officer. The S.D.O. upon verification of the tribe certificate being issued by its office shall issue the corrected tribe certificate of "Mannervarlu" (Scheduled Tribe) preferably within six (6) weeks from the date of application of the petitioner and submission of attested copies. After getting the corrected tribe certificate, the petitioner shall submit the same to the Committee. 5.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
