Insofar as this Civil Application is concerned, the Original Petitioners desire to place additional documents on record, keeping in view that the Respondent No.4/Shirdi Nagar panchayat had produced new documents before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, without producing them before the High Court, and it is in the light of such production of the new documents, that the Hon'ble Supreme Court has remanded the matter and

In view of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. The Petitioners will bring the documents on record with proper pagination in continuation, within two weeks. 3.

List the Writ Petition in the 'fresh admissions' category, considering the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, on 18/09/2024.
