Criminal Appeal No.605 of 2023 and Criminal Appeal No.616 of 2023 arise out of the same crime and, therefore, heard together. After hearing the concerned learned Advocates when disinclination is shown to grant any relief to appellant in Criminal Appeal No.605 of 2023 and appellant Nos.1 and 3 to 7 in Criminal Appeal No.616 of 2023 the concerned Advocates, on instructions, seek withdrawal of the appeals as against them. The appeals as against them stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Cri.Appeal_605_2023 As regards the appellant No.2 Ravi Rameshwar Dhole in Criminal Appeal No.616 of 2023 is concerned, we have perused the First Information Report. No specific role is attributed to him though his presence is stated. Under such circumstance, case is made out to protect his liberty till the respondents are heard and police papers are perused. Issue notice to the respondents. Learned APP waives notice for respondent No.1. Notice of respondent No.2 is made returnable on 01.08.2023.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest of appellant No.2 viz. Ravi Rameshwar Dhole in connection with Crime No.190 of 2023 registered with Police Station, Maujpuri, Dist. Jalna, for the offence punishable under Section 143, 147, 148, 307, 326, 324 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and under Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(u) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, he be released on bail on P.R. Bond of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with two solvent sureties of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only).

Appellant shall not indulge in any criminal activity nor he should tamper with the evidence of the prosecution, in any manner.
