Both the learned Advocates appearing for the respective petitioners submit that subsequent to filing of this writ petition in the proceeding before the trial Court, new change report in respect of new

Ethape ( 2 ) 901 WP-311-2025 trustees has been accepted. New trustees have also taken the charge. The present petitioners therefore do not want to prosecute the present writ petition. The petitioner in Writ Petition No.311/2025 has even disputed an affidavit to that effect. The photocopy of the same is taken on record.

In view of the above, both the writ petitions stands disposed off as withdrawn.
