We have heard Mr. Thombre, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P.

The petitioner is issued with the show cause notice. The petitioner has filed reply to the show cause notice. No further decision has been taken as yet on the said show cause notice. 4.

As no further steps are taken pursuant to the show cause notice, at present we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner naturally has opportunity to raise all the possible ground while replying to the show cause notice. The grounds raised by the petitioner

In view of that, it would be premature to entertain the writ petition.
