By this motion, applicants prayed for the transfer of 50% amount to the learned M.A.C.T. Shahada, for withdrawal. 4.

Motion is allowed. In clause 'b' of the operative order, delete words "on furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court" and after clause 'b', add following clauses :

"c.

Registry is directed to transfer the 50% amount alongwith interest accrued thereon to M.A.C.T. Shahada. d.

The learned M.A.C.T. Shahada, district Nandurbar, is directed that, upon an application for such withdrawal, the amount shall be paid to the claimants upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the learned Registrar/Superintendent of the tribunal."

The motion is disposed of accordingly.
