The petitioner has tendered an application to the Regional Officer on 2.7.2015, offering to pay the price of the plot as per the present market rate, with a view to consider his request for re-allotment of plot.

Learned Counsel appearing for respondent stats that the powers to grant such concession vest with the Chief Executive Officer of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Mumbai. 3.

In these circumstances, it would be open for the petitioner to make appropriate representation to the Chief Executive Officer within a period of six weeks from today. On tendering of such representation, it would be open for the Chief Executive Officer to consider the same and pass appropriate orders within eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation.
