PER COURT :- This petition can be disposed of in view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court at Nagpur in identical circumstances, in Writ Petition No.1744 of 2014 and other companion matters on 13.6.2014. For the reasons recorded in the aforesaid Judgment, we dispose of the instant petition with following directions:- (a) The respondent is directed not to insist upon submission of validity certificate for releasing scholarship. (b) The scholarship be released to the candidate admitted on
{2} wp 8007.16.odt the basis of the undertaking given by him to the effect that in the event his claim fails, he shall refund the amount of scholarship. (c) The respondent Scrutiny Committee is directed to decide the claim as early as possible and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. (d) It is further made clear that in the event the Scrutiny Committee decides the claim against the petitioner, the order shall not be given effect for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of communication by the petitioner.
