NOVEMBER 21, 2025 ORDER :- By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction that the tribe claim of the petitioner, which is pending before the Committee since 2010, be directed to be decided expeditiously. 2.

Considering the fact that the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since 2010, we direct the respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Though the petitioner also seeks to challenge the communication dated 12.11.2024, by which the petitioner is deprived

27-wp10563.2025 of getting the benefit of selection grade, since we have restricted this petition only to the extent of directing the respondent - Committee, it would not come in the way of the petitioner in future. 4.
