Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding is pending since the year - 2016, the same is not yet decided. The respondent is not issuing confirmation order to the petitioner on the ground of validity is not submitted.

Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents and submits that the authority would decide it in accordance with law.

In case the validation proceeding in respect of the tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably by the end of March - 2019. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30th August, 2018.

Till the validation proceeding is decided, the respondent employer shall not take adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
