The learned counsel submits that vigilance has been conducted in the year 2018. The reply is also filed in the year 2018, however, the validation proceedings are not yet decided. The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents.

2] Considering the statement made by the learned counsel that the vigilance is conducted and the petitioner has filed reply, the respondent committee shall decide validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 25/7/2019. 3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
