The petition is filed for giving direction to respondent Zilla Parishad to consider the claim, request transfer of the petitioner from present posting to other posting of his choice. 2.

The Government has prepared policy and guidelines are issued by the Government in various Government Resolutions (G.R.). The respondent can consider the claim of the petitioner as per the policy mentioned in various G.Rs. of the Government. That can be considered if that is

WP No. 7910/16 possible as per the policy decision of the Government in the transfers which are to be made as annual transfers in May - June of this year i.e. in the year 2017.
