The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for the State. Mr. Bondar, learned counsel accepts notice for the Education Officer.

In case the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners is pending with respondent no. 2, then respondent no. 2 shall decide it on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months.

Writ Petitions are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
