Learned AGP submits that respondent no.2 - Committee will decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period two months from today.

In view of the above, the respondent no.2 - Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of two months from today. Needles to say that the petitioner shall extend full cooperation to the Committee in deciding the claim. With these directions, the petition stands disposed of.
