The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime no.I-193 of 2014 registered at Parner Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under section 120-B, 406, 408, 420, 467, 470, 471 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under

2 Cri. Appln. 4082-2016 section 146(A),(B),(C),(E),(J),(K),(N),(O),(5),(Q) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960. 3.

It is brought to my notice that the applicant is entitled for bail on the basis of parity as the co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide common order dated April 27, 2015 passed in Criminal Application No.1438 of 2015 and Criminal Application No.1431 of 2015. Hence, the Application is allowed.

In the event of the arrest of the applicant in Crime no.I-193 of 2014 registered at Parner Police Station, Dist. Ahmednagar for the offences punishable under section 120-B, 406, 408, 420, 467, 470, 471 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 146(A),(B),(C),(E),(J),(K),(N),(O),(5),(Q) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960, she be released on bail upon her executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rs. Twenty Thousand) with two solvent sureties in the like amount.

The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when called.

The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence or influence the witnesses in any manner.
