We have heard Mr. Biradar, the learned counsel for the petitioner. In fact, the orders are in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner may take the steps as is permissible under the Statute, Regulation and Rules before the authorities for implementation of the orders, which according to the petitioner are in her favour. 2.

In the light of that we are not considering the merits of he petition. Writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take up appropriate steps. No costs.
