The Applicant has filed this Application in the Criminal Revision Application/Petition with a prayer to delete names of Respondent Nos.3 to 5 from the array of parties. It is submitted that they are formal parties and there is no relief claimed against them. Accordingly, they are not concerned with the present proceedings in any manner whatsoever.

Heard learned Advocates for the parties. I have perused the Application. A case in my view has been made out. In the light of which the Application ought to be allowed by passing the following order:

(ii) Registry is directed to delete the names of Respondent Nos.3 to 5 from the array of the parties.

(iii) Application is Disposed Of accordingly.
