15.07.2019 P.C. :­ The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aspiring to take admission to Engineering course, however the validation proceedings are not yet decided. The last date for submitting the validity is today i.e. 15.07.2019.

If is a fact that without validity the petitioner cannot claim admission from the reserved category. In case the date is extended by the respondents for submitting validity then if it is possible for the committee, then the committee may try to decide the proceeding within a week. The petitioner may appear before the committee tomorrow i.e. 16.07.2019. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
