Heard Shri Gundre, learned counsel appearing for the original claimants and Shri Soman, learned counsel appearing for the acquiring body, considering the submissions made, the following order is passed:

i) The applicants are permitted to withdraw 75% of the deposited amount on furnishing an undertaking that in the event any adverse order is passed they will redeposit the said amount within four months of passing of such order.

ii) The applicants are permitted to withdraw the balance 25% amount on furnishing bank guarantee in the like amount of any Nationalised or scheduled bank. iii) Civil application stands disposed of.
