Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner - Smt.Savita Vilas Telange was allowed by the Division Bench of this Court in terms of prayer clause (B) of the petition and it was expected of the respondent-authorities to pass appropriate orders in compliance of the order of this Court. By way of present contempt petition, petitioner makes a grievance that the said order is not complied with.

{2} cp52719.odt By an order dated 05.08.2019, simple notice was issued to Respondents No.2 and 3. In response to the notice, a detailed affidavit-in-reply is filed by Respondent No.1- Deepa Vishwas Mudhol-Munde, District Collector, Osmanabad. It is stated in the affidavit-in-reply that the Respondent has passed order of disqualification of Respondent No.5 on 30.07.2019. The copy of the order dated 30.07.2019 is also placed on record at Exhibit "R-3" along with the affidavit-in-reply. Perusal of the order shows that Respondent No.1-Collector declared Respondent No.5 Smt.Lalita Bhagwan Waghmare as disqualified with retrospective effect. The order passed by Respondent No.1 can safely be stated as due compliance of the order of this Court. Nothing survives in the Contempt Petition.
