The petitioners' proposals are pending with the Committee since March, 2023. It is being pointed out that the petitioners intend to secure admission through NEET-UG/MHT-CET in the ongoing process. It is being pointed out that the real brother of the petitioner no.1, Rajesh Ramrao Mundkar was granted certificate of validity by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.2238/2022 dated 01.09.2023, conditionally.

Learned AGP submits that the Scrutiny Committee would decide the petitioners' proposals within two weeks. 3.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to

The Committee may consider granting conditional validities to the petitioners in the light of the order passed by this Court in the matter of Rajesh Ramrao Mundkar.
